All trade agreements, proforma invoices (PI), and shipment milestones are subject to written purchase orders and agreed inspection standards (SGS / Bureau Veritas criteria).
Ocean freight, marine insurance, and customs clearance timelines are quoted per lane and confirmed upon Bill of Lading issuance. D2C retail orders via Roserro carry a 14-day unwashed/unused return window.
